The Apartment
A unique 40m² loft overlooking Technopolis just a breath away from the archaeological sites of Athens. This is an open plan luxury apartment consisted by one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom can be separated through very sophisticated Plexiglas sliding doors that will ensure your privacy if needed. The bathroom is separated by a modern glass door.

«Ma Maison Downtown Loft» is an apartment located in Gazi, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network. Also from the port of Piraeus there is a direct link through the Metro network. The apartment is 200 meters from the Kerameikos metro station. Kerameikos metro station is 1 stop from Monastiraki and 3 from Acropolis. It’s a very safe neighborhood with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, commercial shops, banks, etc.).

The Neighborhood
Gazi is ideal for discovering Athens because of its ideal location in the heart of the city. It is a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood with many shops to cover every need. From cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues to theatres and museums, Gazi is the neighbourhood that covers everything. At the same time, you can walk around the centre of Athens as everything is within walking distance.
The archaeological site of Kerameikos is 200 meters away, the Ancient Agora and Monastiraki 1.5 km away, while the Acropolis can be reached in 25 minutes, following a unique route through all the main sights of Athens.
Transportations
You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Also from the port of Piraeus there is a direct link through the Metro network.
If you decide to take a taxi you will need 30 minutes from/to the airport and 15 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus.
If you move with public transportation, then the Metro is at 200 meters. The map of the Metro network is available on the photos and covers the entire city. The daily travel card for all means of transportation costs 4,5€ and the five-day card costs 9€ which we can supply on your behalf upon request.
If you have a car then the National Highway is 3 kilometers away with easy access to both directions (North and South).
